Therapy Services

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a supportive space to explore what is happening in your life, better understand patterns and experiences, develop new ways of coping, and work toward goals that are meaningful to you.

At Shared Path, therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. We work collaboratively with you to develop an approach that reflects your experiences, strengths, needs, and goals.

Child & Adolescent Therapy

Growing up comes with emotional, social, developmental, and academic challenges that can sometimes feel difficult for children and families to navigate.

Our work with children and adolescents is developmentally responsive and individualized. Depending on the child's age and needs, therapy may incorporate conversation, play, creative activities, skill building, emotional awareness, coping strategies, and collaboration with caregivers.

Areas of support may include anxiety, emotional regulation, coping skills, peer relationships, family changes, school-related stress, self-esteem, behavioral concerns, and life transitions.

Parent Support & Consultation

Sometimes supporting a child means supporting the adults around them.

Parent consultation provides a collaborative space to better understand your child's emotional or behavioral needs, explore patterns that may be contributing to challenges, and identify realistic strategies for home and family life.

Rather than focusing on being a “perfect parent,” the goal is to strengthen connection, communication, consistency, and confidence.
