Meet Our Clinicians
We believe you are the expert in your own experiences. Our role isn't to tell you which path to take, but to bring clinical expertise, curiosity, compassion, and perspective as we navigate the process together.
Emma Kuchler, M.Ed., LCSW
Founder & Clinician
Emma is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in clinical social work, education, school-based mental health, and clinical supervision. Throughout her career, she has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of settings, including schools, outpatient care, and behavioral health programs. Her experience includes individual and group therapy, eating disorder treatment and recovery support, crisis intervention, social-emotional learning, and supervision of developing clinicians.
Emma believes meaningful therapy begins by meeting clients where they are. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized, recognizing that each person brings their own experiences, strengths, needs, and goals to the therapeutic process. She views clients as the experts in their own lives and sees her role as walking alongside them as they process difficult experiences, better understand their needs, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful change.
Drawing from a whole-person, wraparound perspective, Emma integrates therapeutic approaches based on the needs of each client rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model. She strives to create an environment grounded in empathy, nonjudgment, authenticity, and respect for client autonomy. She also believes that healing is rarely linear; difficult moments and setbacks can be part of the process rather than signs of failure.
Emma holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Education from Lesley University and a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University. Emma is licensed to practice in Ohio, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
